Responsibilities

Job Description

• Oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with IND AS standards.
• Manage the consolidation of financial statements for accurate reporting across the organization.
• Ensure statutory compliance with all financial regulations, adhering strictly to IND AS requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure comprehensive audits and compliance checks.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Support executive management with financial reporting and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial accounting and reporting.
