About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (CPA/CA) to join our client's dynamic team on a full-time basis. Qualifications

• CPA or CA certification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to clearly present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for a broad range of financial activities, including but not limited to:

• Preparing and examining financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Preparing and filing tax returns accurately and timely, adhering to local, state, and federal tax laws.
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and staying updated on changes in financial legislation.
